Security and Privacy
The client is the sole owner of any and all data uploaded by the
client to the Mouse Specifics, Inc. server. Only the client is
able to access the client's data. Mouse Specifics, Inc. data
analysts are blinded to the strain, model, species, interventions,
and general circumstances from which the data are derived.
Accordingly, the data is of no value to any party except the
client who understands the source and circumstances of the data.
As such, MSI makes no guarantees as to the accuracy of the data
analyses or results.
Mouse Specifics is committed to full confidentiality of your
physiology data and personal information. Your data will not be
used for any purpose other than to perform analyses and generate
reports. To guarantee customer satisfaction, raw data and results
may be stored on our server for up to 7 days after the client has
downloaded results pertaining to analyses relevant to those data
files. Unless arranged expressly by the client, neither raw data
nor results will be archived for more than 7 days. This information
is not conveyed, in any form or case, to third parties.
